Our team includes Program Manager, Coordinators, Field Workers and other staff members who bring a diverse range of skills and expertise to our organization. We value diversity and inclusivity, and we believe that different perspectives and experiences make our work stronger and more effective.

Our staff members are qualified who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. They work tirelessly to develop and implement programs and services that empower women and children, and they are committed to making a real impact in the lives of those we serve.

Our field workers are an essential part of our team, and we are grateful for their time and dedication. They come from a variety of backgrounds form our own areas and bring a range of skills and talents to our organization. They play a critical role in helping us deliver our programs and services, training and they are essential to the success of our organization.

Our Team is always there to help and also with the women who wants to be independent and wants to develop their skills to earn independently. We stand beside the women who are socially neglected or humiliated or assaulted by anyone illegally. We believe that, every woman in that society who are neglected will be the wonder woman for her family and we assure them to make her capable to fight with every disaster.

FOUNDER DIRECTOR

Rahana-Afrose-2Meet our inspiring founder, Rahana Afrose, who established ISO in 2016 with a passion for creating a positive impact on society. Rahana recognized the challenges and struggles faced by neglected women in society and was determined to make a difference.

With a solid background in the corporate world, Rahana spent six years working in a renowned multinational company, gaining valuable experience and skills that she now applies to the work of ISO. Her postgraduate degree in Accounting from Eden College also provides a strong foundation for the management of the organization.

Through Rahana’s leadership, ISO has become a beacon of hope for neglected women in society. Her dedication to the cause of women’s empowerment has driven the organization’s success, and her vision has inspired a team of passionate individuals who share her commitment to making a difference.

Rahana’s strategic thinking and organizational skills have been key to the development of ISO’s programs and services. These initiatives are designed to address the unique needs of neglected women and help them achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency. Under her leadership, ISO has implemented a range of programs, including training and placement, microfinance and entrepreneurship, education and skills development and other essential services.

As the founder of ISO, Rahana continues to work tirelessly to improve the lives of neglected women in society. She is a true advocate for women’s rights and an inspiring leader who motivates others to join the cause. Her passion, commitment, and dedication are an inspiration to all members of ISO.
